Basic Bead Stringing consists of making a single-strand bracelet, using crimping pliers, and making a pair of basic dangle earrings, with the loop-and-wrap technique. These basic techniques allow you to move onto more complex projects.

Class fees are an affordable $20.00 per session (unless otherwise specified) plus materials.  Class size is limited, giving everyone the opportunity to receive the one-on-one attention deserved.  If a class is full, you can be put on a stand-by list in case of any cancellations. Fees must be paid in advance and are refundable with at least a 24-hour notification prior to class. You must register for a class beforehand.

Classes begin promptly as scheduled - please have your materials selected and be ready to begin class on time.
 
The Jacksonville Gem & Mineral Society meets on the first Thursday of each month at 7:30 pm at the Riverside Avenue Christian Church at 2841 Riverside Avenue.
